Hi Ashok,

You can apply for a job search visa quite easily, as long as you are able to show sufficient funds to support your stay. The requirements and formalities vary a bit depending on the country. But I am not sure if you can do that for Scotland as easily as say, Italy. Personally I know that it is easy to apply in Italy, Spain, and Germany.
